SAPNA, April 8 (FENA) – Representatives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Tuzla Canton, IMPAKT Sarajevo Investment Foundation, the municipalities of Teočak, Čelić, Sapna, Doboj East, Kladanj and the Tuzla Canton Employment Service signed a Partnership Agreement today on the implementation of entrepreneurship support programs.
The program offers cooperation with small municipalities in the area of the Tuzla Canton, which includes an entrepreneurship training program for a minimum of 100 young people who want to start or improve their own business.
Support will be provided by financial, professional and mentoring assistance for a minimum of 20 new business ventures in the marginalized and underdeveloped municipalities in the Tuzla Canton.
The program is being implemented with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and the goal of the program is to improve the conditions for starting and preserving youth businesses in these five municipalities in the Tuzla Canton. Young people who want to start or already have their business will receive comprehensive support.
The aim, it was pointed out during the presentation, is to encourage young people to stay in their local communities and create value for their fellow citizens and the community.
The IMPAKT Sarajevo Investment Foundation and the Youth Employment Project (YEP) in the period 2018-2020, in cooperation with more than 40 local communities and public employment services in BiH, implemented a YEP incubator of business ideas in which they supported the establishment of more than 200 new business ventures throughout BiH.
