BIHAĆ, September 9 (FENA) – The Prime Minister of the Una-Sana Canton (USC), Mustafa Ružnić, opened the 18th International Ecology Fair “EKOBIS 2021”, which is being organized by the Cantonal Chamber of Commerce of the USK on the City Island in Bihać.
This year, more than 200 exhibitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia are present, and they will present and place their offers to the visitors of the fair until September 12.
“Our ‘EKOBIS’ has long exceeded the scope of Una-Sana Canton and Bosnia and Herzegovina and we are proud to go further. The Cantonal Government is the general sponsor this year as well, and I hope that in the future all other institutions will similarly recognize such events, which are extremely important for our economic development,” said the Prime Minister of the USC Mustafa Ružnić.
The topic of “EKOBIS 2021” is electromobility, so special attention will be paid to the presentation and promotion of hybrid electric cars, and their advantages in environmental protection.
Extensive program content has been prepared when it comes to workshops and panels, where special attention will be paid to the transport connection of Bihać with Sarajevo, i.e. the preservation of water and the environment.
