SARAJEVO, April 19 (FENA) – Members of the Commission for Cooperation with NATO unanimously adopted the Draft Reform Program for 2021 at a session in Sarajevo today.
Chairman of the Commission, Josip Brkić, confirmed that today after the session, adding that in that way they enabled further administrative procedure of that document.
He stated that the document is a political and legal framework that defines the cooperation between BiH and the North Atlantic Alliance.
According to him, after the technical part of the document, the legislative changes need to be made and then it will be sent for opinion to the competent institutions.
“We will provide it with all the necessary opinions and send it to the BiH Council of Ministers where there is one important intermediate phase which is called e-consultations, i.e. public consultations where the interested and professional public will be able to give their opinion on the reform program for 2021. After that, the Commission will meet again and then the draft, in the form of a proposal, after our reflection on all these possible remarks and proposals that may come, will be sent to the Council of Ministers of BiH,” said Brkić.
