SARAJEVO, April 10 (FENA) – The Federal News Agency (FENA) will host the Spring Conference and the General Assembly of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA) from 11 to 13 May this year.
EANA (www.newsalliance.org) brings together leading news agencies from most European countries, including some of the world’s most influential media, such as France’s AFP, Germany’s DPA or the UK’s PA Media. FENA has been a member of EANA since 2017, as the only representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The awarding of the organization of the Spring Conference and the General Assembly of EANA is a great recognition for FENA, and according to the number of participants and the influence of the houses they represent, it will be the largest media gathering ever organized in BiH.
The main topic of the conference, which will gather CEOs and other representatives of leading news agencies in Europe, will be “Fact and Fiction in War and Pandemic”.
